Students 14-18 – After School Matters and Teatro Americano offers a paid intensive theatre session, through which students learn the basics of theatre; including acting, writing, movement & production. The apprenticeship lasts 6 weeks, starting on September 24th, and sessions will be from 3:15 to 6:15pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Teens visit local professional theater companies to view productions and to meet and learn from professionals. Through these experiences, and actively working alongside similar minded actors, musicians and writers these paid apprentices will create and develop a play that they will perform in a professional theater.
