Marshall Square neighbors and network partners …

Marshall Square neighbors and network partners gathered for the second phase of its walkability study–a collaborative process to identify and advocate for improvements that will make the community a better place for walking, running, biking and just being outdoors. On this beautiful spring day, more than 120 residents and Marshall Square Resource Network members participated in the assessment of 20 neighborhood streets. A special thanks to our bilingual facilitators from Esperanza Health Centers and Consortium to Lower Obesity in Chicago Children (CLOCC), as well as staff from the offices of both 12th Ward Alderman George A. Cardenas and 24th Ward Alderman Michael Scott, Jr. for attending.
