Erika L. Sánchez is a poet, essayist, and fiction writer. One of the biggest objectives to her work is to be a voice of the Mexican-American community. This year, we were honored to welcome her on the MEX talks stage to spread an inspiring message on the transformative potential of arts and culture within the Mexican experience. She’s an integral, inspiring member of our community and we’re truly honored to recognize her as part of our 21st anniversary.
