Latinos Progresando is a very important organization in our community as it has many vital programs. It is an insitution that I greatly admire.” ~~ Carlos Tortolero is the Founder and President of the National Museum of Mexican Art (NMMA) in Chicago, the only Latino museum accredited by the American Association of Museums. He uses his platforms to uplift the Mexican culture, and inspire people around the world. He has given generously of his time and talent, including being a part of MEX talks commitees, to support our organization’s mission and vision.
